IT Support Officer

The IT Support Officer provides first- and second-line support for all technology provided across 51³Ô¹ÏÍø and works with the Apprentice IT Technician to ensure high quality IT services as always available. This role would suit an experienced 1st line support looking to progress within the role.

We are looking for a well-organised, capable Compliance Officer to work closely with colleagues and departments to ensure that school processes, practices and policies are implemented and maintained, in order that all aspects of regulatory compliance are addressed appropriately within the school.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and development of 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s extensive estate. The Registrar, together with the Head of Recruitment, is responsible for the delivery of the school’s pupil recruitment strategy. The Registrar ensures the day-to-day smooth management of the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, prioritising exceptional communication and customer service throughout.

Collaborating with feeder schools and parents, the Registrar establishes and nurtures relationships, coordinating events and facilitating communication to enhance recruitment efforts. They will take a lead in the organisation of admissions events, ensuring alignment with admissions objectives.

The Registrar oversees the admissions process, with a particular focus on 11+, 13+ and 16+ entry, including entrance assessment administration, interview scheduling and communication of outcomes.

This role requires a dedicated, efficient individual with exceptional interpersonal, administrative and database skills and a thorough understanding of the school and its admissions procedures.

This post shall primarily line manage the Admissions Assistant and therefore be responsible for overseeing the training and professional development of the Admissions Assistant.

Reporting to the Director of External Relations and working closely with the Registrar, supported by the Admissions Assistant, the Head of Recruitment will represent Woldingham both in the UK and overseas with the key responsibility of promoting the school and recruiting new students.

As part of our redefined and dynamic Admissions Team, the ideal candidate, supported by the Head and Director of External Relations, will spend time in the UK and in our key international territories attending exhibitions and recruitment fairs, meeting prospective families, building trusted relationships with agents, interviewing prospective students and growing networks with our overseas alumnae and current parents.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to convert opportunities. You will have experience of working in independent UK boarding schools, a good understanding of the international boarding market, the global economic environment and be prepared to spend a significant amount of time overseas.

You will be self-motivated, proactive, and highly professional whilst operating as part of our admissions team and be able to engage and operate at a senior level amongst your peers within the recruitment circuit.
